It is not a bid, an estimate, or an offer to build at a stated price. Every home is priced from its own plans, lot, finishes, and the market at the time. Nothing on this site creates a contract; the only contract is the written construction agreement we both sign.
2. Semi-custom plans and renderings
Renderings, floor plans, and square footages shown for our semi-custom plans are representative. Final plans are adapted to your lot, your county’s requirements, and the options you choose, and dimensions may change during engineering and plan check.
3. Our content
The photographs, videos, drawings, text, and the Sherman Custom Homes name and marks on this site belong to Sherman Custom Homes Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, and save pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or use our photos, plans, or copy for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
4. What you send us
When you submit a form, call, or email us, you agree that the contact information you provide is accurate and yours, and that we may use it to respond to you as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send us plans, drawings, or other materials that belong to someone else without their permission.
