How much does a semi-custom home actually save me?
Starting from a ready-to-build design typically cuts $10,000 to $25,000 off design and engineering costs and shortens move-in time by 3 to 6 months, or more. Semi-custom homes start from about $850K on an unimproved foothill lot.
Can I build a semi-custom plan on my own land?
