Our home designs can be built “as is” or they can easily be customized to your budget, style, and priorities. The exteriors can be finished in different architectural styles, including: Craftsman, Country, Farmhouse, Mountain, Santa Barbara, Ranch, etc.

We design and build high-quality, new custom homes in Northern California. And we love major remodeling projects, too! Although our office is located in Meadow Vista, we build homes from Rocklin to Truckee and from El Dorado Hills to Paradise.

To simplify your home-building project, we offer nine custom home designs that can be built “as is” or modified to fit your needs. Once you decide on a floor plan, the exteriors can be finished in different architectural styles, including: Craftsman, Country, Farmhouse, Mountain, Santa Barbara, Ranch, etc.

Or we can design a new custom home just for you, based on your ideas and vision. We are also happy to provide a free cost estimate for construction plans created by someone else.

We also design and build major shop, barn, and backyard projects as well as kitchen and bath renovations. All of our home construction projects in California meet the state’s high standards for energy efficiency and wildfire survivability.
