Do you build as far out as Foresthill?
Yes. Foresthill is in Placer County, our home county, and under an hour from our Rocklin headquarters. Remote-parcel logistics are part of how we plan, not a reason to say no.
Can I get insurance on a new home in Foresthill?
Fire insurance is the first question on the Divide, and a new home built to Chapter 7A standards with sprinklers and defensible space is in a far better position than older housing stock. We design with insurability in mind and can walk you through what carriers look for.
What does a well and septic add to the budget?
It depends on depth, flow, and soils, which is exactly why we scope them in pre-construction — you'll see the well, septic, and water-storage costs as line items before design is finalized.
